Superside is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to work closely with our top-tier brands and companies like Facebook, Amazon, Red Bull & LVMH and help them get as much value from the Superside collaboration as possible.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive customer satisfaction, renewals and expansions for a group of 20 to 40 of our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the post-sales relationship of 20 to 40 of Superside’s subscription customers, which includes onboarding, product training, user adoption, quarterly business reviews and renewal/expansion efforts.
  • Grow relationships with customers to drive adoption and develop loyal promoters
  • Guide customers with proactive solutions that will help them increase the value of their Superside subscription.
  • Manage and keep track of account health of all your accounts and act upon any potential churn risks such as drop in usage, negative feedback or relevant organizational/market changes.
  • Collaborate closely with Superside creative project delivery team to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible.
  • Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and drive adoption and expansion initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor Degree or higher within Creative, Communication, or similar / Bachelor in Business or Marketing
  • 3+ years of related client-facing experience, preferably from a Creative/Ad Agency and/or SaaS environment (Customer Success, Post-Sales, Design Operations, Consulting, Business Development, Business Unit Manager/Director, Account Manager/Director etc.)
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
  • Ability to find relevant client stakeholders, “open doors” and get face time
  • Strong customer relationship building skills, with ability to manage expectations and build trust
  • Experience engaging with end-users, evangelizing a solution and drive adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to quickly learn relevant design production/operations/process concepts and consult customers on these
  • Bias for action, appreciation for data driven processes, hard-working, proactive, client centric and execution driven mindset
